Publishing my book

The RPI Graduate Center EMP24 Program was focused on Innovation. We also determined that the Organizational Development of large enterprises and HR issues, with emphasis on interpersonal skills development, were key to our career success. We learned how to apply these ideas in my professional and personal development. I found an innovative way to help serve others and developed a mission to help people in mid-career job search. This expanded to help any seeker, whether a recent college grad or senior executives who are 55+ with a wealth of experience. I developed this mission by publishing my first book, a comprehensive 6-Step Process on how to manage an efficient job search titled "Yikes! I've Got to Get a Job"! My RPI Graduate Program provided the foundation and confidence to pursue such a challenge. I'm happy to say the book has 25 reviews on Amazon - all of which are 5 stars!
