We go to class after a snowstorm

First time there was a big snow I and all the other guys in my Quad Dorm from warmer climes got excited about a day off. In Texas (El Paso), school days were canceled sometimes just on a forecast of snow the day before. My Boston roommate told me "Oh no--we go to class in this weather." That sent the Texas and California guys to the outlet store for winter clothes. Reality set in for us.
